William Bontes new Supervisory Board member Wereldhave
26-04-2023 Wereldhave has announced the appointment of a new Supervisory Board member. In addition, an Executive and a Supervisory Board member were also reappointed during the General Meeting of Shareholders.
William Bontes has been given a new position as a member of the Supervisory Board. He is currently CFO of the Louwman Group and holds various Supervisory Board memberships at companies including Jaarbeurs Holding, Cyclus and Dool Industries. Previously, he has held various Executive positions at VolkerWessels and Hurks Group.
In addition, Matthijs Storm has been reappointed as CEO for a four-year term, having previously been appointed in 2019. Wereldhave's Supervisory Board is satisfied with Storm's performance over the past four years and is confident that he will be fully committed in the next term as well. Françoise Dechesne has also been reappointed as a member of the Supervisory Board, and will continue to lead and guide the company in her role as Chair of the Supervisory Board.
