New Supervisory Board Member for Wolters Kluwer
20-09-2023 Wolters Kluwer has announced that David Sides has been nominated for appointment to the Supervisory Board. The proposed appointment will be submitted for approval during the general shareholders meeting on May 8, 2024. He will succeed Bertrand Bodson.
David Sides currently holds the position of President and CEO at NextGen Healthcare. Previously, he has held executive positions as COO at Teladoc Health, and as President and CEO at Streamline Health and iMDSoft. In the past, he spent seventeen years at Cerner Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Consulting, overseeing all services and consultancy work. He has also acted as Managing Director of Cerner UK and Ireland. In addition to his role on the board of NextGen Healthcare, he served as a non-executive director at EMIS in the United Kingdom for three years and was a member of the board at Streamline Health for four years. David Sides studied Biophysics at the University of California.
