New Supervisory Board member Menzis
03-04-2023 Michel Verwoest has been appointed Supervisory Board member of Coöperatie Menzis, he succeeds Hanny Kemna who is stepping down from the Supervisory Board after two terms of office.
Michel Verwoest is currently CEO of TVM Insurance and has extensive experience in the insurance industry, especially in the field of political-administrative and financial issues at health insurers.
Menzis Supervisory Board Chairman Peter van Lieshout is pleased with Verwoest's appointment and looks forward to working with him. Michel Verwoest himself says he is eager to work for the solidarity of the healthcare system, an important social challenge.
Michel Verwoest was appointed by the Members' Council on March 23, 2023. The Dutch Central Bank has approved the appointment.
