Mirjam Verhoeven departs from Coöperatie VGZ
10-10-2024 Coöperatie VGZ has announced that Mirjam Verhoeven, Chief Transformation & Information Officer, will be leaving the company in early 2025.
Mirjam Verhoeven has been with Coöperatie VGZ since 2021, serving as Chief Transformation & Information Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to that, she held various positions at De Volksbank and its subsidiaries, most recently as Chief Operating Officer.
She is stepping down from her role to devote more time to her family and personal life. The completion of several major internal IT projects and the strong progress of the strategic agenda present a natural moment for her to make this decision.
The cooperative thanks Verhoeven for her dedication and continuous efforts to further develop IT operations amidst increasing demands in this field. CEO Marjo Vissers-Kuijpers: “With Mirjam on board, Coöperatie VGZ has impressively transformed in recent years into a health insurer truly leading in its IT-supported services for its members. We are grateful for her commitment and wish her all the best in the future.”
The search for Mirjam Verhoeven’s successor is already underway. Until the transition is complete, she will remain actively involved and committed to Coöperatie VGZ.
