Changes in the Supervisory Board of Beter Bed
16-11-2023 Beter Bed announced on 15 November that it will add three new members to its Supervisory Board.
During an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held in relation with the offer by Torqx Capital Partners, Beter Bed announced the appointment of three new Supervisory Board members, all currently employed by Torqx. It concerns Harmen Geerts, Lennert Spek and Katherine de Kruiff. Chairman Bart Karis and Maaike Schipperheijn are leaving the Supervisory Board.
Geerts is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer, and was previously a Partner at Bain & Company, H2 Equity Partners and Torqx Capital Partners. He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Fabory. Spek is Managing Partner. He wasa previously Partner at Bain & Company, and he served as Chief Transformation Officer at Fabory. De Kruiff is Analyst at Troqx. Before that, she was a Strategy Consultant at Roland Berger.
