Bert Meulman new Non-Executive Director Acomo
04-11-2024 Acomo has announced its intention to appoint Bert Meulman as the new non-executive director.
Bert Meulman worked at B&S Group from 1992 to 2020, serving as CEO for the last sixteen years. Currently he is an investor via his investment company Lebaras Capital B.V. that among others also holds a 7 percent stake in Acomo N.V.
Meulman’s appointment follows the departure of non-executive director Yoav Gottesmann on April 26, 2024. Shareholders will be asked to approve his appointment at an extraordinary general meeting on December 16, 2024. The appointment of Group CFO Mirjam van Thiel as executive director is also on the agenda.
