New Supervisory Director Sligro
03-05-2023 Sligro has announced its intention to appoint Dirk Anbeek as a member of the Supervisory Board.
An extraordinary meeting of shareholders will be convened for the nomination on 29 June 2023. The nomination of Dirk Anbeek is related to the resignation of Supervisory Board Chairman Freek Rijna at the general meeting of shareholders on 27 March 2024, in accordance with the retirement schedule.
After Rijna stepping down in 2024, the supervisory board intends to appoint Dirk Anbeek as chairman of the supervisory board.
