Frank Heemskerk New Member of Supervisory Board KPN
17-01-2023 Frank Heemskerk will be nominated as a new member of KPN's Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 12.
Frank Heemskerk is currently Secretary General at European Round Table for Industry and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Meesbergen Index Investing. He was Executive Director at World Bank Group from 2013-2018, where he chaired the Group Audit Committee, and was member of the Executive Board at Royal HaskoningDHV between 2011 and 2013. Before that, he was Minister for Foreign Trade (2007-2010) where he was responsible for Telecoms, ICT and Postal Market, held various positions at ABN AMRO and was a member of the House of Representatives for the Dutch Labour Party PvdA.
KPN has also stated its intention to reappoint Jolande Sap to the Supervisory Board for a third two-year term, effective from the April 12 General Meeting of Shareholders.
