Ilona Haaijer non-executive director at Glanbia
01-08-2022 Glanbia announced on July 29 that Ilona Haaijer has been appointed as a non-executive director effective August 1.
Ilona Haaijer has been a supervisory director at Corbion since 2020. She brings extensive and significant leadership experience of strategic development, change management, mergers and acquisitions and leading complex, global businesses in the food ingredients and consumer sectors, according to Glanbia. Haaijer was previously President & CEO of DSM Food Specialties and President of DSM Personal Care. She has also been active in various roles for Bugaboo, Philips and The Boston Consulting Group.
The Irish nutrition group has also appointed Kimberly Underhill as a non-executive director.
Haijer will also become a member of the audit committee, environmental, social and governance committee and the corporate development committee. Underhill joins the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the corporate development committee.
