Neo Teck Pheng new Supervisory Director of NSI
02-10-2024 NSI announced that Neo Teck Pheng has been appointed as a new member of its Supervisory Board.
Neo Teck Pheng has been CEO of First Sponsor Group since 2007. The Singapore-based company has a 14 percent stake in NSI and recently entered into a relationship agreement with NSI. His appointment resulted from this agreement. An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was called for his appointment.
The appointment of Neo Teck Pheng is effective immediately. With that, the Supervisory Board now consists of five members, being: Jan-Willem de Geus (chairman), Margreet Haandrikman, Marlies Janssen, Jan Willem Dockheer and Neo Teck Pheng.
