CEO Ctac steps down

28-03-2023 Ctac has announced that Pieter-Paul Saasen is stepping down as CEO immediately due to health reasons. He will step down as statutory director; his successor is still unknown.

Pieter-Paul Saasen had been CFO since 2019 and was appointed CEO of Ctac in 2021. CFO Paul de Koning and interim CFO Wim Geraats will temporarily take over Pieter-Paul Saasen's duties as temporary directors.

Paul de Koning has experience in the technology sector, including senior management positions at NXP, Philips and Neways Electronics International. Wim Geraats was CFO at IT distributor Copaco for more than 20 years and interim CFO for Ctac since 2021.

Chief Executive Officer Harry Hendriks: "As Supervisory Board we are deeply touched by this personal news. Under Pieter-Paul's leadership Ctac has made great strides in a short period of time. With boundless energy and drive he has successfully worked in the past years on the transformation of Ctac to a more customer-oriented organization and a company culture in which employees and their talent development are central. We wish Pieter-Paul and his loved ones all courage and strength in these uncertain times for them."

The Supervisory Board will seek a successor for Pieter-Paul Saasen, while the proposed appointment of Paul de Koning as statutory member of the Executive Board as CFO will be submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
