New Interim Directors Strukton

05-05-2023 From 19 May, Rob van Wingerden and Mark de Haas will act as interim directors of Strukton. As a result, the supervisory board will withdraw from day-to-day management and resume its supervisory role, restoring governance relations for the company.

From that date, Strukton's board will consist of Rob van Wingerden as Chief Executive Officer a.i., Mark de Haas as Chief Transition Officer a.i., and Arthur Vlaanderen as Chief Financial Officer. Rob van Wingerden was previously CEO at Royal BAM Group until mid-2020, while Mark de Haas served as CFO at Strukton from 2020-2022. Arthur Vlaanderen has held the position of CFO at Strukton since mid-2022.

Joseph Kuling, Chairman of the Supervisory Board: "With Rob and Mark, we are getting two strong and experienced directors on board. Together with Arthur, they will focus entirely on operations and bring peace and stability to the companies. We are very much looking forward to working with them."

The central works council has issued a positive opinion and both interim directors are currently settling into their new roles. The search for a final board has started, this is expected to take six to 12 months.
