Stephen van Royen new CEO of VodafoneZiggo
22-05-2024 The Dutch operator's shareholders Vodafone Group and Liberty Global has announced the appointment of Stephen van Rooyen as new CEO of VodafoneZiggo. He will start in his new position on September 2024.
Stephen van Rooyen worked at Sky Group from 2006 to 2024, most recently as CEO of the United Kingdom and Ireland. During his time at Sky, he also worked in Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, and Switzerland.
Until Van Rooyen starts in his new role, CFO Ritchy Drost will temporarily assume the CEO's duties.
