New Supervisory Board member of VGZ
19-04-2023 Vincent van den Boogert has been appointed by the Members' Council of Coöperatie VGZ as a member of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Albert Arp, who resigned due to accepting a new main position with conflict of interest.
Van den Boogert, born in 1969, has experience in the banking and insurance sectors. In addition to his supervisory directorship at Coöperatie VGZ, he also holds various supervisory and advisory positions at home and abroad in both the financial sector and non-profit organizations.
Van den Boogert has deliberately chosen the Supervisory Board at Coöperatie VGZ. He says: "VGZ is the driver of transformation in healthcare with an eye for prevention, the initiator of 'sensible care' and is committed every day to keeping high-quality care accessible and affordable for its members and for the Netherlands. It is a privilege to be able to contribute to this - however modestly."

Van den Boogert succeeds Albert Arp, who resigned as Supervisory Board member on October 29, 2021 due to his new position with a conflict of interest. With the appointment of Van den Boogert, the Supervisory Board of Coöperatie VGZ now has six members.
