Ben Noteboom new Supervisory Director of KPN
06-12-2022 KPN nominates Ben Noteboom as new member of the Supervisory Board.
Ben Noteboom is nominated as a member of the Supervisory Board. His appointment will be discussed at the general meeting of shareholders on April 12, 2023. He succeeds Peter Hartman, who is stepping down at the end of his second and final term.
KPN calls Ben Noteboom an experienced director with a great track record in Dutch and international business. Noteboom is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vopak and a member of the Supervisory Board of Aegon. He was employed by Randstad for a long time, including as CEO between 2003 and 2014. He later held Supervisory postions at Wolters Kluwer and Ahold Delhaize.
