Two New Supervisory Directors Holland Casino
22-04-2024 Chris Fonteijn (photo) is appointed as new Chairman of Holland Casino's Supervisory Board. Bernadette Langius has also been appointed as a new member.
Fonteijn is an experienced supervisory director and has held several management and legal positions. He started his career as a lawyer at Nauta Dutilh. Fonteijn is particularly known for his former chairmanship at the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Currently, Chris Fonteijn is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Woonstad Rotterdam and a partner at strategic consultancy firm Flint-Global. He succeeds Willem Bröcker who has reached the end of his second term.

Chris Fonteijn's appointment is subject to the approval of DNB.
Bernadette Langius has also joined the Supervisory Board. She has spent much of her career in various positions at ABN Amro. For example, she was CEO Private Banking Netherlands and CEO Commercial Banking Netherlands. Later, she was a member of the Executive Board of the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.
Currently, Langius is also a Supervisory Director at a number of organizations in the Netherlands, including BDO and IBM. At Holland Casino, she succeeds Rozan Dekker as Chair of the Audit Committee.
