Francine van Dierendonck steps down as board member APG Group
16-07-2024 APG Group has announced that Francine van Dierendonck is stepping down as a member of the executive board.
Francine van Dierendonck has been a member of APG Group's executive board since 2018. She is responsible for the fund management and participant and employer services business units. She will resign from her position as of October 1. Her duties will be assumed by CEO Annette Mosman. A final solution will be sought together with the supervisory board.
“I look back on a wonderful and intensive time at APG Group,” says Francine van Dierendonck. “Six years ago I started at this wonderful company with the task of making our organization more participant-focused. We’ve done that successfully, thanks in part to the urgency of the new Dutch Pensions Act. We listened to the needs of participants and employers more and more, built a new administration system, embedded participant-focus in the processes. And during this enormous rebuild, APG continued to operate as usual. Now that everything is ready for the transition to the renewed pension system, my job is done. In the coming months, I will be handing over my responsibilities. I will be doing so with a sense of great pride and gratitude. I will clarify more about my future steps at a later date.”
