Gemma Postlethwaite New Non-executive Director TomTom
05-05-2022 TomTom announced on May 5 that Gemma Postlethwaite has been nominated for appointment to the TomTom Supervisory Board for a term of four years, effective as of 1 October 2022.
Gemma Postlethwaite is CEO of Arizent, a business information company serving the financial and professional services communities. Prior to joining Arizent in 2018, she served as CEO of PIRA Energy Group. In the past, she has held senior leadership roles in the data and information services sector, amongst others at Thomson Reuters, Altegrity and Infogroup. Her appointment will be proposed at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened later this year. Upon her appointment, Gemma will also become a member of the Audit Committee.
Derk Haank, chairman of the supervisory board of TomTom, states that he is delighted with the nomination of Postlethwaite. “She will bring extensive technology experience and competencies to our supervisory board and the company. Gemma’s expertise with SaaS and content products, her leadership abilities and stakeholder management experience in driving digital transformations, will be of great benefit to TomTom.”
