Alliander introduces Executive Committee
10-04-2024 Alliander has announced the introduction of an Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee is formed by the four statutory members of the Executive Board, as well as two non-statutory directors. These are Heleen Cocu and Rinke van der Rhee.
Heleen Cocu has been Director of HRM at Alliander since 2022. She is now appointed Chief Human Resources Officer.
Rinke van der Rhee has been with Alliander since 2015 and has been Director of Digitalization since early 2023. He will become Chief Digital Officer.
Because of Alliander's growth and its role in society, the entire digitalization task, on the one hand, and the major labor market and organizational transformation, on the other, will be assigned to two new roles in the top structure. In this, the Management Board remains statutorily responsible for the organization.
