Jolanda Poots-Bijl New CFO Ahold Delhaize

03-05-2023 Ahold Delhaize intends to nominate Jolanda Poots-Bijl for appointment as CFO and member of the Executive Board.

The supervisory board of Ahold Delhaize nominates Jolanda Poots-Bijl as its new Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board. An extraordinary meeting of shareholders will be organised in the near future. Following shareholder approval, she will assume the role of CFO from 1 October. In mid-August, she will already take office as Executive Vice President Finance and member of the Executive Committee.

Jolanda Poots-Bijl is currently CFO of Van Oord, a position she has held since 2016. She has a long financial career and was CFO at several global and listed companies, including Ordina and VolkerWessels. She is also currently a Supervisory Director at AkzoNobel and Pon Holdings.
