Two New Non-executive Directors TBI Holdings
25-04-2022 TBI Holdings announced on 22 April that Karin Laglas (photo) and Oswald Coene have been appointed as members of the Supervisory Board.
Karin Laglas was CEO of the Ymere housing corporation from 2014 to 2021 and Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at TU Delft from 2011 to 2014. During her career she also held various positions at the Bond Nederlandse Architecten (BNA), OVG, Rodamco, MAB-Groep and Twynstra Gudde. In addition to her supervisory position at TBI Holdings, Laglas is currently also a supervisor at Eurocommercial Properties and Utrecht University.
Oswald Coene held the position of CEO and owner of Koning & Hartman from 2005, until it was acquired by VINCI Energies in 2019. Before that he worked for Getronics, Bouman & Company and Akzonobel. He was also a Non-executive Director of Funda between 2015 and 2018. Besides his non-executive position at TBI Holdings, he is currently also a member of Visma's supervisory board and board member of the Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest.
Both appointments are effective April 14, 2022.
TBI Holdings has also announced that Edo van Assem, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has resigned. Van Assem has been a member of the supervisory board since July 2012, his current term and supervisory position was due to expire in 2024.
