New Supervisory Director Fastned
21-04-2023 Fastned announced on April 21 that Liselotte Kooi will be appointed to the Supervisory Board on June 8, 2023.
Liselotte Kooi is currently Director Group Legal & Company Secretary at FrieslandCampina and member of the Board of the FAST Foundation, a position from which she will resign when appointed to the Supervisory Board of Fastned.
Kooi will be nominated as a new member of the Supervisory Board during the Annual General Meeting on June 8, 2023. During this AGM, Marije van Mens will step down as Supervisory Director.
Bart Lubbers, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, says the following about Kooi's arrival: “Liselotte’s extensive knowledge of and experience with corporate governance and finance has proven to be of tremendous value to the FAST Foundation and Fastned as a whole. Going forward, the Supervisory Board will greatly benefit from Liselotte’s experience and intends to appoint her as chairperson, upon appointment to the Supervisory Board.”
