New Supervisory Director Royal HaskoningDHV

21-04-2023 Royal HaskoningDHV announced on April 21 that Louisa van den Broek has joined the Supervisory Board as of April 4.

Louisa van den Broek is currently Senior Director Malnutrition Partnerships and Programs at DSM, having previously been Company Secretary at DSM and De Nederlandsche Bank. In her new role at Royal HaskoningDHV, she succeeds Angelique Paulussen as Supervisory Board member, who stepped down after reaching the statutory maximum term.

Peter Blauwhoff, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, said the following about the new appointment: “We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for Angelique’s valuable contribution. She played an instrumental role in driving a high-quality consultation between the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board and the Works Council. This facilitated effective decision-making within the company. We are pleased to welcome Louisa van den Broek who was nominated by the Supervisory Board at the recommendation of the Dutch Works Council. She brings extensive experience in corporate governance and change management, keeping the Supervisory Board well-positioned to advise and supervise the Executive Board.”
