Sophie Bechu Non-Executive Director at Signify
08-11-2022 Signify announced today that it will nominate Sophie Bechu as a member of the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held in May 2023.
Sophie Bechu has held multiple leadership roles throughout her career and gained experience in operations, services and technology. After 30 years at IBM corporation, she was appointed chief operations officer to Philips' executive committee in 2016, a position she left in October 2022. She has been a non-executive director of Quotient Limited since September 2022.
For the time being, Bechu will attend the meetings of the supervisory board as an observer until the vote of the general meeting of shareholders.
