Changes in Azerion Management
19-11-2024 Azerion will adjust the composition of its Supervisory Board and Executive Committee by the end of November 2024.
Azerion has announced that Chris Figee, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Supervisory Board, will step down from his roles at the end of November 2024. This decision has been made due to his additional commitments as CFO and board member at other companies. Figee played an important role during Azerion's initial phase as a listed company and throughout a period of growth and transformation.
Benjamin van de Vrie has been appointed as Figee's successor and will take over the role of Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. Katrin Brökelmann will continue as a member of this committee, while Zafer Karataş will remain Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
In addition, Azerion is expanding the Executive Committee to support further growth. Mickael Ferreira will become Chief Business Officer, after previously serving as Vice President of Operations. Jurriaan van Teunenbroek has been appointed as Chief Publishing Officer, following his role as Vice President of Games & Content, where he was responsible for the integration and successful divestment of Azerion's Social Card Games portfolio.
