Arjan Bol joins Supervisory Board CM Payments
05-09-2024 CM Payments has announced that Arjan Bol will be appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board starting July 1, 2024. He succeeds Lex Beins, who had held this role since 2017.
Until May 2024, Arjan Bol was the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Aon Netherlands. Prior to that, he had a long career at Mastercard, where he first served as Country Manager for the Netherlands and later as Senior Vice President of Product Commercialisation for global payment platforms. Bol also spent eighteen years at ING, where he held various positions both in the Netherlands and internationally, in countries such as the United Kingdom, South Korea, Mexico, the Philippines, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. In addition to his role at CM Payments, he is currently also a member of the Supervisory Board of European Merchant Services.
Jeroen van Glabbeek, CEO of CM.com, expressed his excitement about Bol's arrival: "With Arjan Bol, CM Payments B.V. brings on board someone with over twenty-five years of knowledge and experience in the payments, banking, and insurance sectors. His experience across various organizations fits well with the desired profile and complements the competencies of the current Supervisory Board."
With Bol's appointment, the Supervisory Board of CM Payments now consists of four members.
