CFO Daniëlle van der Sluijs to Leave Nedap

07-01-2025 Daniëlle van der Sluijs, Chief Financial Officer of Nedap, has decided in mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board to step down from her role and leave the company. Her formal resignation as a statutory director will take effect immediately after the General Meeting on April 17.

Van der Sluijs joined Nedap in March 2020 and was appointed as a statutory director in June 2020. During her five years at the company, she played a significant role in the development and execution of the Step Up! strategy, transforming Nedap into a digital twin technology company with a focus on four key markets.

In her statement, Van der Sluijs said: “The past five years at Nedap have been intense and inspiring. Together, we built a solid foundation and navigated turbulent times, such as Covid and geopolitical unrest. With the recent strategic adjustments presented during the Capital Markets Day, a new phase has begun for Nedap. This was also a moment to discuss my role in the company’s future. I have decided to continue my career outside Nedap to pursue my personal ambitions.”

Peter van Bommel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed his gratitude: “We thank Daniëlle for her valuable contribution during a period of change and challenges. Under her financial leadership, a strong foundation was laid for the future, and her work on the Step Up! strategy was of great importance. Nedap is now ready for the next phase, in which further steps will be taken to realize the enhanced strategy.”

The search for a successor to the CFO role has already been started.
