Agrifirm CEO steps down
01-10-2024 Agrifirm has announced that CEO Dick Hordijk will soon step down from his position.
Dick Hordijk has been CEO of Agrifirm since 2016. He has led the company through two strategic planning periods over the past eight years, and now that the new strategy for 2025 - 2028 is becoming increasingly clear, it has been decided in close consultation with the Supervisory Board that this is a natural time to hand over leadership to a successor.
Hordijk will continue in his role as CEO of Agrifirm at least until January 1, 2025, in order to also complete the current strategic period. The process of finding a successor is already underway. The company states that it hopes to be able to communicate details of this within the next few weeks.
