New board members at Ebusco
08-05-2025 Ebusco has announced the appointment of Duan Wei as Vice-CEO and Chen Li as member of the Supervisory Board.
The appointments are part of an investment agreement with Chinese battery manufacturer Gotion, which recently increased its stake in Ebusco from 3.3 percent to approximately 10 percent. As part of this agreement, Gotion was granted the right to nominate two board members.
The appointments of Duan Wei as Vice-CEO and member of the Management Board, and Chen Li as member of the Supervisory Board, were approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 March 2025.
