Edwin Bouwman new supervisory director of Royal Jumbo Food Groep
08-05-2025 As of 1 May 2025, Edwin Bouwman has joined the Supervisory Board of Royal Jumbo Food Groep.
Bouwman previously held executive positions at organizations such as Shell, Roto Smeets, CRH Plc, and SHV. He also served in supervisory roles at, among others, Intergamma and CliniClowns. Currently, he is a member of the Supervisory Board at Accsys Plc and a Partner at De Bestuurskamer. In addition, he is active as an investor and advisor.
Bouwman has been appointed for a four-year term, through May 2029. Within the Supervisory Board, he will also serve as Chair of the Audit Committee and act as liaison for the Jumbo Entrepreneurs' Association (Ondernemersvereniging Jumbo).

His appointment fills one of the two vacancies on the Supervisory Board, which arose following the departure of Antony Burgmans and Wilco Jiskoot. The search for a second Board Member is still ongoing.
