Else Bos new supervisory director of Achmea
17-04-2025 Achmea has announced the appointment of Else Bos as a new member of its Supervisory Board. Her appointment is for a four-year term and has been approved by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
Else Bos is an experienced executive in the financial sector. In addition to her new role at Achmea, she currently serves as a supervisory director at Van Lanschot Kempen, Ortec Finance and IFM Investors. She is also a board member of the Dutch National Opera & Ballet. She previously held executive positions at ABN AMRO, PGGM, and the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
Bos was appointed during the General Meeting of Shareholders. At the same time, Petri Hofsté and Roel Wijmenga stepped down as supervisory directors due to the expiration of their terms. Both had been members of the Supervisory Board since 2015.
