CEO Eric Rondolat leaves Signify
24-01-2025 Signify has announced that CEO Eric Rondolat will step down after the Annual General Meeting of shareholders, which will be held on April 25, 2025.
Eric Rondolat has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Management of Signify since the company was listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange in May 2016. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and CEO of Philips Lighting from April 2012 to May 2016.
The Supervisory Board and Eric Rondolat have jointly concluded that the time has come for new leadership. The Supervisory Board will now begin the search for a successor.
