
Eva van der Vorst new CRO of Athora Netherlands
27-02-2025 Athora Netherlands has announced that Eva van der Vorst will be appointed as Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Executive Committee, effective August 1, 2025.
Eva van der Vorst has been the Chief Actuary at NN Group since 2018 and previously served as the Head of Staff for the Chief Risk Officer at NN Group. She has held various positions at NN Group since 2010.
Her appointment has been approved by De Nederlandsche Bank, and the Works Council of Athora Netherlands has issued a positive advisory opinion.
Van der Vorst succeeds Annemarie Mijer, who has decided to step down on April 1, 2025, to pursue career opportunities outside Athora Netherlands. From April to August, Jan-Hendrik Erasmus will take over the CRO responsibilities in addition to his current role as CFO.
