
Frank Cocx new CEO of The Lucas Bols Company
28-03-2025 The Lucas Bols Company has announced that Huub van Doorne has decided to step down as CEO on October 1, 2025. Frank Cocx, the company’s current CFO, will succeed him.
It has been proposed that Huub replaces René Hooft Graafland as Chair of the Supervisory Board effective 1 January 2026.
Van Doorne sees the company’s 450th anniversary as the right moment to pass the baton to the next generation. He calls it a privilege to have led the company for the past twenty years: ‘I am grateful to all my colleagues and business partners, both past and present, for their support and dedication throughout my years as CEO. Having worked closely with Frank Cocx over the last five years, I am convinced that The Lucas Bols Company will be in good hands under his leadership. I look forward to remaining involved with the company in my upcoming role on the company’s Supervisory Board.’
