CTO Görkem Köseoglu to leave ING

31-10-2023 ING announced on 31 October that Chief Technology Officer Görkem Köseoglu will step down on 1 November.

Görkem Köseoglu was appointed Chief Technology Officer at ING on 1 September. His timely departure stems from mutual differences of opinion about his leadership role within the bank. Chief Transformation and Chief Operational Officer Marnix van Stiphout will take over his duties ad interim.

Köseoglu had been working for ING for 12 years. CEO Steven van Rijswijk thanked him for his valuable contributions in managing ING's IT, data analytics and operations functions.
