
Changes to AkzoNobel’s Supervisory Board
13-03-2025 AkzoNobel has announced changes to its Supervisory Board.
Hans-Joachim Müller has been nominated as a new member of the Supervisory Board. Müller is currently the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TIB Chemicals and a member of the Supervisory Board at Lanxess. His appointment will be voted on during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 25, 2025.

During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, three Supervisory Board members will also step down: Patrick Thomas (member since 2017), Dick Sluimers (member since 2015), and Byron Grote (member since 2014).
