Harm Meijer steps down as Supervisory Board member NSI

16-06-2023 NSI announces on June 16 that Harm Meijer is stepping down as a Supervisory Board member from June 19 onwards.

Harm Meijer was appointed to the Supervisory Board in April 2016, and reappointed for a second term in 2020. This term was originally due to end in April 2024. In order to avoid possible conflict of interest related to the Strategic Reorientation, this was a natural moment for Meijer to step down.

Jan Willem de Geus, Chairman of the Supervisory Board: “I speak on behalf of the Supervisory Board and Management Board in expressing our gratitude for Harm’s support and for the many contributions he has made to the transformation of NSI since 2016. We appreciate his decision to step back at this stage of the Strategic Review.”
