New executive leadership at Sunweb
29-09-2026 Sunweb Group announces two appointments: a new CEO and a new CFO.
Jeroen de Swart will be appointed CEO of Sunweb Group effective November 1, 2026. He has served as the group’s CFO since 2019 and will succeed interim CEO Lars Löfgren, who will return to his role as chairman of the supervisory board. De Swart’s responsibilities as CFO will be taken over by Joyce van Donk-van Wijnen, who will join the board of directors effective October 1, 2026.
Joyce van Donk-van Wijnen has more than fifteen years of experience in financial leadership at publicly traded and international organizations. From 2021 to 2026, she served as CFO Benelux at Sopra Steria and, prior to that, as CFO at Ordina, where she played a key role in the company’s transformation and its acquisition by Sopra Steria.
Chairman of the supervisory board Lars Löfgren says of Jeroen de Swart: “I have seen firsthand how much he knows about our organization, culture, and people. As CFO, he also played a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and driving business performance. Jeroen’s appointment as CEO represents continuity, stability, and momentum.”
