Koen Bogers leaves as CEO of Stedin
15-11-2024 Stedin Group has announced that CEO Koen Bogers will step down from his position as of May 1, 2025.
Koen Bogers, CEO of Stedin Groep, has announced that he is not available for a second term as CEO. His current term expires May 1, 2025. During his time as CEO, Stedin's strategy was updated, investments in the network were increased, and the Dutch government became a major shareholder. The Supervisory Board will soon begin the search for a successor to Bogers.
Doede Vierstra, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed his appreciation for Bogers' contribution to the organization, particularly regarding the construction tasks and the expansion of the shareholder base. Bogers will continue to lead Stedin with dedication until his successor is found.
