Lotte de Burlet new CHRO of Exact
19-12-2024 Today, Exact has announced that Lotte de Burlet has been appointed as their new Chief Human Resources Officer.
Before her appointment as CHRO, Lotte de Burlet worked as Director HR Advisory at Exact, a position she held since January 2023. Prior to that, she held various roles at ING from 2010, including Project Manager Investments and HR Lead Business Banking.
Lotte de Burlet succeeds Florien de Nijs as CHRO, who will leave the company after five years in this role, effective January 1. With her appointment, De Burlet will join the Executive Committee.
