Maarten Roef new supervisory director Alfen
24-06-2025 Alfen has announced its intention to nominate Maarten Roef for appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board.
From 2010 to 2023, Maarten Roef was a member of the Management Board at Wavin, serving as CEO from 2020 to 2023. He is being nominated due to his background in technology and innovation, which aligns with Alfen’s strategic priorities.
Roef will succeed Henk ten Hove, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, who will step down from his position during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in April 2026. Roef’s appointment will be discussed during that meeting.
