Maria Anhalt New Supervisory Director Alfen
07-08-2023 Alfen intends to appoint Maria Anhalt as a Supervisory Director.
On September 19, Alfen will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to discuss the appointment of Maria Anhalt.
Since 2020, Maria Anhalt has been the CEO of Elektrobit. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Software at Continental and held various leadership positions at Micro Focus, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and HP.
After her appointment, the Alfen Supervisory Board will consist of four members: Chairman Board Henk ten Hove, Willem Ackermans, Maria Anhalt, and Jeanine van der Vlist.
