Pascal Visée new member of KPMG supervisory board
30-07-2024 KPMG has announced the appointment of Pascal Visée as a member of its supervisory board effective August 1.
Pascal Visée joins the supervisory board on August 1 and will also become chairman of the audit & risk committee and a member of the assurance quality committee. Visée has extensive experience as a member of the supervisory board and as chairman of an audit committee. For example, he is currently a supervisor at Rabobank Group, Royal FloraHolland and Lucas Bols.
KPMG refers to Visée as a supervisor with a great deal of experience, including broad managerial and social experience, and as someone who knows the consultancy and accountancy profession well.
Visée succeeds Gosse Boon, who leaves the supervisory board on July 31. He has completed his second, and final, four-year term. KPMG thanks Gosse Boon for his contribution, critical eye and attention to continuous improvement, which he has driven in his supervisory role.
