Rafael Oliveira new CFO Heineken
23-06-2026 Heineken nominates Rafael Oliveira as new CEO and Chair of the Executive Board.
The Supervisory Board of Heineken N.V. has nominated Rafael Oliveira as the company's new Chair of the Executive Board and CEO. He is nominated for a four-year term, effective 1 October 2026, at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 5 August 2026.
Oliveira joins from JDE Peet's N.V., where he has been CEO since 2024. Following Keurig Dr Pepper's acquisition of JDE Peet's, he was appointed to lead the new global coffee business. Before that, he spent a decade at The Kraft Heinz Company.
Oliveira succeeds Dolf van den Brink, who stepped down with immediate effect on 31 May 2026 after almost six years as CEO.
