URW adjusts composition of Supervisory Board and committees
14-02-2025 Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE (URW) has announced changes to the Supervisory Board and its committees.
Cécile Cabanis, Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board, has stepped down from her position as of February 12, 2025, following her appointment as an executive at the LVMH Group. She is succeeded by Roderick Munsters, who has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee.
Munsters has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2017. He has also held positions within the Audit Committee and the Governance, Nomination, and Remuneration Committee.
Additionally, Aline Sylla-Walbaum has been appointed Chair of the Governance, Nomination, and Remuneration Committee, succeeding Munsters. She has been a member of this committee since 2021.
