New CEO Vanderlande

18-04-2023 Vanderlande has announced the appointment of Andrew Manship as its new CEO. He will take office on January 1, 2024, succeeding Remo Brunschwiler, who plans to focus on Non-Executive roles from December 31, 2023.

Currently, Andrew is Executive VP BU Airport & Parcel solutions at Vanderlande. He has been with Vanderlande since 2016, during which time he successfully merged the company's airport and parcel operations.

The Chairman of Vanderlande’s Supervisory Board, Norio Wakabayashi, sees the benefit of appointing an internal candidate as the new CEO: “We are convinced that Andrew is the best candidate to lead Vanderlande through its next phase of growth. He has successfully expanded the global airport business for the company and realised valuable portfolio synergies with the parcel business. Vanderlande will continue to benefit from his visionary industry expertise and unwavering customer focus, reinforced by his value-driven ethos.
