Two new supervisory directors Wereldhave

21-04-2026 Wereldhave has nominated Annabelle Diepenhorst and Pieter Hendrikse as members of the supervisory board.

Annabelle Diepenhorst is CEO of HSBC Netherlands and has a background in banking and corporate finance. In her current role, she is responsible for the bank’s operations in the Netherlands, with experience in governance and managing complex organizations.

Pieter Hendrikse brings more than thirty years of experience in real estate. He has served as a director and supervisor and has extensive knowledge of retail real estate and mixed-use assets, segments that are central to Wereldhave’s strategy.

The nominations will be presented to the shareholders at the annual general meeting on May 13, 2026, and, if approved, will be valid for a term ending at the annual general meeting in 2030.

In addition to these nominations, the appointment of Marcel Eggenkamp as executive director and CFO will also be discussed at the general meeting, as previously announced. He will succeed De Vreede, whose term of office is expiring. The works council has issued a positive recommendation for all nominations.
