Changes in Executive Board Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield
24-04-2023 Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has announced changes to its Executive Board.
Anne-Sophie Sancerre is joining the Executive Board. As Chief Customer & Retail Officer, she will be responsible for increasing Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's market share by attracting more visitors and boosting consumer demand. Caroline Puechoultres, the current Chief Customer Officer, will leave the company in the coming months.
Anne-Sophie Sancerre has served as Chief Operating Officer for Southern Europe at URW since 2021, where she is responsible for assets in France, Spain and Italy and serves on the group's executive committee. She joined URW in 2008 and has since held various positions in investment, operations, and investor relations. Prior to that, she worked at Morgan Stanley.
Vincent Rouget will start as Chief Strategy & Investment Officer and join the Executive Board. He will focus on the development and implementation of the group strategy and future investment plans. Olivier Bossard, the current Chief Investment Officer, will take on a new role.
Vincent Rouget was until recently a partner and member of the investment committee at Aermont Capital, a pan-European real estate private equity group. In his role at Aermont Capital, he was responsible for continental European operations, this included the expansion of The Student Hotel Group (now The Social Hub). Prior to joining Aermont Capital in 2007, Vincent worked at Morgan Stanley.
Olivier Bossard has been Chief Investment Officer and member of the Executive Board since January 2021, a position he will step down from on June 1, 2023. He will become special adviser to the CEO and will continue to support the group's U.S. debt reduction program and development pipeline.
He joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's office division in 1998 and subsequently held various positions, including Head of Asset Management, Managing Director of the Office Division and Chief Development Officer. As Executive Vice President, he was involved in Unibail's merger with Rodamco in 2006.
Anne-Sophie's appointment is effective May 2, 2023, and Vincent joins Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on June 1, 2023.
