Aon Netherlands appoints new CCO and CTO
10-05-2023 The management of Aon Netherlands has appointed Arjan Bol as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Marnix Zwartbol as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Arjan Bol joins from Mastercard where he worked as Country Manager for the Netherlands and Senior Vice President of Product Commercialization for new payment platforms worldwide. He also has eighteen years of experience at ING. Arjan Bol has broad experience in sales, marketing, product management, operations and IT in financial services, and international experience in several countries.
Marnix Zwartbol worked at The Bank of New York Mellon, where he held various national and international positions for more than sixteen years. His positions included COO/Head of Operations and Executive Board member. Marnix Zwartbol has experience in asset management, institutional accounting and global risk solutions. He started his career at ING and Robeco.
With the appointment of Arjan Bol as CCO and Marnix Zwartbol as CTO, Aon Netherlands' Executive Committee is complete. The other Executive Committee members are Leonique van Houwelingen (CEO and Statutory director), Ron Gardenier (Chief MGA and Statutory director of the MGA), Michiel van Meer (CHRO and Statutory director), Gerben Pasman (CFO and Statutory director), Véronique Christiaans-Joosten (COO), Mandy van der Zalm (CBO) and Lex Moerings (Chief Health & Wealth).
