New supervisory director at Stedin
20-04-2026 Carel Kok has been appointed to the supervisory board of Stedin Group. His appointment is for a four-year term and was approved by the shareholders on April 17, 2026.
Carel Kok brings experience from both the energy sector and the commercial sector, including as Chief Commercial Officer at Nuon. He has also worked in environments characterized by a strong focus on infrastructure and capital intensity. In addition to his executive career, Kok is active in various social roles, including at Stichting Steunfonds Jeugd Rotterdam, Terre des Hommes, and Giro 555.
He succeeds Annie Krist, who has served as a supervisory board member since 2018. Following his appointment, Stedin’s supervisory board consists of the following members: Doede Vierstra (chair), Marike Bonhof, Hanne Buis, Arco Groothedde, Huib Costermans, and Carel Kok.
